What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we are not the initial seller and you must contact and/or refer to the initial sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are often made to the main card and can take up to Four weeks to credit back. However some resellers might have different policies regarding refunds, for example only giving store credit or gift cards. Please make reference to the original sellers refund policy.

Alternative Seller Returns Policies

Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't utilize a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may not be entitled to a refund.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
